“ One of the best - if not the best coffee shop in Chattanooga. If you’re looking for a great coffee, unique environment, that is close to downtown, Velo is the move! The creativity behind their continued expansion of unique seasonal drinks is unmatched in the area. Velo and their team understand coffee culture and create drinks that reflect their care for each drink and customer! ”
“ big fan. a fantastic coffee shop. my drip coffee and chocolate croissant were both equally and ludicrously delicious. I found myself strangely obsessed with the fancy glassware the coffee came in. wifi was solid. furniture was very well made. I look forward to the next time. ”
“ The atmosphere of this coffee shop was very laid back and quiet. We only came in for a beverage and a quick bite to eat, but it was a nice experience. ”
“ Charming Spot for Great Coffee—Just Not My Remote Work Vibe Velo Coffee Roasters is an adorable little coffee shop with a warm, welcoming vibe. The staff are friendly and personable, and the coffee and muffin I had were both delicious—definitely worth coming back for! I already have my eye on the chocolate chip cookie for my next visit. As a remote worker, though, it's not my ideal spot to set up for the day. The parking can be tricky, and there aren’t many wall outlets, which makes working from there a bit of a challenge. That said, it’s a great place to catch up with a friend or just enjoy a quality cup of coffee in a cozy atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back—just probably without my laptop. ”
“ Nice coffee shop. Plenty of seating. Plenty of space. Friendly baristas. Got a nice cup of cold brew and some banana bread. They have a little selection of muffins and breads. Nice place to stop and chill. ”
“ Absolutely wonderful experience at Velo!! The outside tables are perfect to work at. Not too much road noise. The customers working are kind about their areas. The coffee was top notch as well. I’m visiting on a trip and needed to work for a few hours. Great WiFi! 5/5 totally will be back!! ”
“ Excellent cafe with some of the best roasts in Chattanooga! They roast from this location and fill the neighborhood with that toasty bean smell, they bottle(can?) their own flash chilled cold coffee and offer a great selection of sparkling espresso drinks. If you are looking for solid coffee in the city this is the place to go. My only critique is that the inside space is a bit tight and dark. But as an alternative they have a nice little outdoor seating garden that is great if the weather is nice! ”
“ The coffee here was amazing. We went here two years ago and it was good but this time around the staff was really welcoming and the espresso was on point. Honestly the aesthetic and atmosphere took a huge step up. And people seemed happy and lively. ”
